Delete your Snapwall account

You can delete your Snapwall account and the data linked to it at any time. Pick whichever option is easiest for you.

In the Snapwall app

  1. 1Open Snapwall and go to Settings.
  2. 2Tap "Delete my account" at the bottom of the screen.
  3. 3Confirm and send the prepared request email.

By email

Write to snapwall@rimabel.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We handle requests within 30 days at the latest.

What we delete

  • Your account and profile: name, email address, password and Apple or Google sign-in links.
  • Events you created, with their settings, QR codes and guest registrations.
  • All photos and videos uploaded to your events, plus the names and notes attached to them.

What we keep, and for how long

  • Your account is closed immediately and you can no longer sign in. The rest of the data above is permanently erased within 30 days.
  • Payment records (amount, date and package) are kept only as long as tax and accounting law requires. We never store card details; payments are handled by Stripe and Apple.
  • Copies in backups are removed as the backups expire, which can take a reasonable additional period.
